How much will my tattoo cost?
Consultations are free! As for everything else it all depends on what the design is. We are more than happy to give you a rough quote, just get in touch with us and provide the following information:
– Whether you have an artist in mind
– Subject matter
– Rough size in cm
– Just linework, colour or black and grey?
– Style (e.g. realism, traditional, sketchy… etc.)
– Any reference images you may have
How old do I need to be?
For anyone under 18 we would require a parent or legal guardian with photo ID to be with you to sign our consent form.
What are your payment options?
We accept cash, Eftpos / debit cards, credit cards and Laybuy payments. Credit card transactions will incur a 3% transaction fee.
What’s the deal with Laybuy?
Laybuy allows you to pay for your tattoo over 6 weekly instalments. To start with we would need to figure out what the tattoo is that you’re after so we can give you a quote. As we take a deposit for tattoo bookings, you can choose to either:
– Prepay the whole tattoo using Laybuy at the time of booking OR
– Pay just the $100 deposit initially and then use Laybuy to pay for the rest of the tattoo closer to the booking time but at least 48 hours before your appointment
Please note: Make sure you know what your credit limit is! If it’s not high enough Laybuy will either decline the payment or require you pay the difference between your limit and what we’re charging.

How should I prepare for my tattoo session?
What should I wear?
Loose clothing is always best. Your tattoo will get a bit swollen and you don’t really want your clothing to be too tight or to rub your fresh tattoo.
Also keep in mind where you’re getting tattooed, what skin will need to be visible and what you’d rather not show.
Can I make changes to the design?
Of course! We want you to be happy with your tattoo, so please let us know if there’s anything you’d like to change about the design. Please keep in mind though that some things are just not possible with a tattoo, so listen to the advice from your artist.
How much privacy can I get?
Our quietest days are usually early in the week, so let us know if you’d prefer a quieter day. We also have privacy screens which we can use. If you let us know beforehand we can have one already set up for you!
Can you do a drawing for me before I book?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to get drawings done unless a booking has been made and a deposit put down. Drawings will only get sent through a day or two before the appointment date, and only if you request this.
Do you have any designs drawn up already?
We sure do! Most of our artists have a bunch of flash available. There’s too many to send out individually, so pop into the studio to have a browse.
Are your inks safe and/or vegan?
Can I get tattooed if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Due to the impact tattooing can have on your immune system and the potential (though unlikely) risk of infection, we do not advise getting tattooed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
What’s your deposit policy?
A $100 deposit must be made at the time of booking the tattoo appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but are not an additional charge, and will be deducted from the total price of your tattoo work. In the case of multiple sittings, full payment must be made at the end of each appointment. The deposit will be held and deducted from the cost of the final session.
Cancellation or rescheduling your appointment less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in loss of deposit.
Why do you require a deposit?
We usually spend a lot of time preparing for your tattoo before you arrive. Taking a deposit helps us ensure that you’re more likely to show up to your appointment, which means this preparation time won’t have been wasted.
The 48 hour notice period is in place so that if you do need to cancel or reschedule, we still have time to fill the gap.
Does it hurt?
We’re not gonna lie… yes! Some spots more than others, and some people more than others…
Can my friends sit with me?
We’ve got room for maybe 1 or 2 friends, but not a whole posse!
Do you have any parking?
We don’t have any parking, however there is free on-street parking just down the road on St Albans Street. Please note: there are some parts of this road that have parking restrictions and parking wardens do frequent the area – we won’t be responsible for any infringements.
Can I ask you another question?
For sure! Just get in touch.
